Often a property manager’s role begins years before an owner moves into their new home. The Property Management Company encourages developers to seek a dialogue at the design and layout stage of a proposed development.
From our experience we are able to offer advice to developers about features that enhance the living environment of their customers property. This involves advising on the long term cost implications of certain features considered.
From this discussion a specification of service provision is drafted and then estimated and submitted to the developer for consideration.
The proposal is usually divided between services that The Property Management Company will provide and services that are contracted on behalf of the owners.
These two groups of services are known as “Management Services” and “Contracted Services”.
