Since its establishment in 1995 the company has grown through reputation and now manages a portfolio of thousands of properties throughout Scotland from its offices in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire and Arbroath, Angus.

The Company is a member of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS) and is supportive of the Scottish Government initiative to regulate the property management industry through accreditation.

The directors and staff are qualified to recognised industry standards, including Fellows of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Institute of Residential Property Managers.
