If we had email addresses for all our clients we would be able to vastly improve the service to you. We would be able to get correspondence out to everyone more quickly and we could increase the amount of communication to you. We could tell you as soon as a repair had been instructed, when a tradesman was due to call and any information resulting from that call. We could save you having to call us and could save you posting documents back to us.
