Out of Hours Service

The company’s offices are open from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Friday, however building defects often occur out with these hours.

At close of business each day and on Friday the main office telephone voice message details the mobile telephone number of the out of hours Property Manager.

Messages regarding simple faults will be attended on the next normal working day, major faults or emergencies will be acknowledged, assessed and appropriate action intiated by the out of hours Property Manager.
