Martin Rochfort FIRPM acquired The Property Management Company in 2002 and has been apart of the successful growth of the business throughout Scotland. As a former President of The Property Managers Association for Scotland (PMAS), he has been involved in the process with government in developing the Factors (Scotland) Act. Currently he is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) an organization dedicated to improving the education and qualifications of people working in the residential property sector.
Richard S Burnett FRICS, FIRPM, MA joined The Property Management Company in 2008 following a successful career with a major Scottish legal firm. Similarly, Richard is a former president of The Property Managers Association for Scotland and was Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. Out with work Richard previously a Territorial Army Officer provides his time freely for several housing based charities that focus on the needs of veteran armed services personnel.
