Only fully insured and quality managed contractors are selected for the tendering process.

Approved cleaning contractors provide a programme of visits and work to a specification of duties, signing off a log sheet maintained at each property on every visit.

Our Property Managers inspect the cleaning standards on a regular basis referring issues directly to the cleaning company to rectify.

Periodic cleaning works such as carpet shampoo, floor sealing will be arranged through consultation with client/residents and supervised by the Property Manager.

High level planned cleaning maintenance of gutters and sofits are dealt with separately using contractors certified to work at heights.
